In short

CareToDoc is a personal organization tool for daily therapies, measurements, and reports. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it never replaces your doctor or pharmacist. The app offers a Free plan, a one-month Trial, and a paid Pro subscription (€3.90/month or €39/year) handled through the App Store. Your health data stays on your device unless you enable the optional encrypted cloud backup on EU servers. Use of the app requires a minimum age of 16.
